SQ and I have had discussions, so he's taking KUL, CGK, and BKK, and I'm taking HKG, PEK, BOM, NRT, and PVG

Then for Int'l Hubs, with all our US partners' permission, I'd like to use MIA as a hub, and then the other ones will be either 2 Asian or one Mid East. Between me and SQ, we can take up as many of MNL, TPE, CTU, SZX, CAN, SHA, NRT, HND, as necessary, leaving a few open, or I'll hub in DXB, or more likely IST

Lufthansa is no where near creating a second hub, however I thought it will be a good idea to inform you all of what I have in mind. Since this is the Real World, I have decided to only create hubs and focus cities where the real Lufthansa is operating out of at the moment, so these are my choices:

Hubs

Frankfurt - (Main) Currently operational
Munich - Non-operational
Dusseldorf - Non-operational
Zurich - Non-operational

Focus cities

Berlin (Tegel)
Hamburg
Milan (Malpensa)
Stuttgart

True....I forgot that Lufthansa owns about 80% of BMI. I will add LHR then to my hub list. This is just my ideas for the moment,so will confirm when I am financially ready - however, I am reserving those airports so long. I feel like I need to seriously infiltrate Europe for Star Alliance dominance.

Is everyone ok with that?

Vin: BRU is not a BMI hub, is it?

BRU is a Brussels Airlines hub. BTW, if you do set up the LHR hub, can I use it as a through point for US flights. Sort of like AI scissors hub in real life

Sorry, I have been going through USAir for hub requests. I will post here. The only one that isn't open that I've requested is Orlando (MCO).

I'm applying for Star Alliance.
As the real world, THAI is one of five foundation members of Star Alliance including, United Airline, Air Canada, Lufthansa and Scandinavian Airlines System.

I'm sure that I would be a good asset to this alliance.
Thank You

Does anyone have unused aircraft or plan to replace the aircraft?
Please feel free to offer me used aircraft, I will look into the matter of lease or buy them.

Thai why don't you make use of the brokerage service to purchase aircraft?

May I reserve hubs and focus cities?

Hubs
Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (Currently operates)
Tokyo-Haneda (Planned Tier 1)
Beijing-Capital (Planned Tier 2)

Focus Cities
Manila-MNL
Guangzhou-CAN

PS. As my previous plan is to use Jakarta for my focus city, but Singapore Airlines has already operate from this port.

Boston-US Air
Beijing Capital- Air India
Hong Kong International- Air India
Atlanta- Air India
Tokyo-Narita- Air India
Shanghai-Pudong- Air India
Kuala Lampur- Singapore Airlines
Jakarta- Singapore Airlines
Dusseldorf - Lufthansa
Zurich - Lufthansa
Berlin (Tegel)- Lufthansa
Hamburg- Lufthansa
Milan (Malpensa)- Lufthansa
Stuttgart- Lufthansa

So AI will take all DEL/BOM (Home country)
NRT, PVG, PEK, HKG
and
SQ will take CGK, KUL

Then I'll take HND, CAN, MNL
Is that okay then?

Okay then I will further discuss with SQ later
but for my other cities
does any one objection?

CAN, Guangzhou
MNL, Manila

PS. I'm considering Dubai and Madrid or Moscow as foreign hub.

Does any one objection on that?
